Terms of use

👉 In short: 13+ only. Only use chats you're part of, with the OK of the people in them. Don't use it to make fun of anyone in a hurtful way. Your first song is free; after that it's pay-as-you-go, no subscription.

1. The service

lilchat.wtf turns a WhatsApp chat export into an AI-generated song (lyrics and music), with artwork and a share page.

2. Age

• You must be 13 or older to use lilchat.wtf. By generating a song, you confirm you are.
• If the law of your country requires a parent's consent at your age (in France, under 15), you confirm you have it. [To be validated by counsel: the parental-consent flow is built and can be switched back on.]
• For everyone, moderation stays strict: no sexual content, affectionate teasing only.

3. Your commitments

• Only use conversations you're part of.
• Have the OK of the people in the chat to turn it into a song and share it.
• Don't use the service to bully, humiliate, threaten or expose anyone. Cyberbullying is a crime.
• Don't try to get around moderation, usage limits or anti-abuse measures.

4. Moderation and reports

All lyrics are checked automatically before they are sung. Anyone can report a song, and a person mentioned in it can have it taken down immediately. We may delete a song or block a device that breaks these rules (EU Digital Services Act contact: abuse@lilchat.wtf).

5. Pricing

• Your first song per device is free.
• After that, one-off purchases: remix €1.99, 3-pack €3.99, 10-pack €9.99. No subscription, no auto-renewal.
• Right of withdrawal: digital content is delivered immediately at your express request, so you waive your right of withdrawal. If generation fails for technical reasons, your credit is refunded automatically.

6. Your song

• You can listen to, download and share your song for personal, non-commercial use, including on social media (TikTok, Instagram…). Label it as AI-generated where the platform asks you to.
• AI songs may resemble other works. We don't guarantee uniqueness and claim no rights over your messages.
• Songs are deleted after 30 days. Download yours if you want to keep it.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. Lyrics are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. You remain responsible for how you use and share your song.

8. Governing law
